If there was a new hope for earth, and new start. What would be one of the characteristics that I foresee in future. A future for New Earth I would like to see is a world that is controlled by law, not controlled by a human being, a fair trial. In this world we live in, we depend on people to judge what is right and what is wrong, but that is not really controlled by law. Law is neither man or a spirit, it is suppose to be both, both meaning not controlled by the eyes of the man but controlled equally, the law is suppose to protect a mans freedom and will from being violated. And when a man is sent to prison, he/she should not be subjected to a rigged judge.
When a man goes to trial, we do not know if he is suppose to go to prison for 1 month or 30 years in prison, it is up to the judge to give a fair trial which I see never possible in the hands of a man (us). 1 month might seem to short for a killer, 30 years might be too long for a killer (depends what type). I like a law that is both equal to both sides of the scale, because law is the judges eyes, judges eyes is never fair because he/she has the power whether to let this man out to be free, or to be kept in prison, and the judge could of been racist or bribed to do what he or she feels can do to the victim, that is man. The judge is never what is in for both. For example, back when black people where being oppressed by the white people, when the whites were racist to the blacks, we had an unfair law. When Rosa Parks was sent to prison just because she sat in the colored section. This tells that the law is not fair with the eyes of a human. If the law (not controlled by us humans) saw the action taken against Rosa Parks, it would of protected her rights and she wouldn't been harassed. The law is suppose to be equal on both sides and never controlled by a rigged judge. This what I see in future might solve many cases around the world and the reason why I chose it, I see that nothing is right in the hands of a human being, controlling that much power.
